Questions about booking an appointment? Find the answer here.
Open the business booking link, choose the service and a time that works for you, enter your name and WhatsApp number, and confirm. That is it.
No. You book straight from the link with nothing to install. You only enter your name and WhatsApp number so the business can reach you about the visit.
After you confirm, you see a confirmation page with the day and time. If the business has WhatsApp messages on, you also get a confirmation message.
Booking online is free. Most appointments are confirmed instantly and you pay in person, the way you normally would. Some businesses ask for a SINPE Móvil deposit to hold your spot: if it applies, you will see the amount, the SINPE Móvil number, and the deadline when you book, and the business confirms your appointment once it receives the deposit. If you cannot use SINPE, say so when booking and the business will review your request.
If the time you want is already taken, some businesses let you ask to be notified. Look for the Get notified option, leave your name and WhatsApp number, and the business will reach out if that time opens up. You book as usual once you hear back.
Use the link in your confirmation to pick a new time. If you cannot find it, message the business directly and they will move it for you.
Open the link from your confirmation and choose cancel. You can also simply message the business to let them know.
Your appointment link is in the confirmation you saw when you booked, and in your WhatsApp messages if the business has them on. The business can also resend it.
Message the business directly by WhatsApp or phone so they know. They will tell you whether they can still fit you in.
Contact the business you are booking with directly, by WhatsApp or phone.
