Terms of service

1. The service

rezervaya gives each business its own booking page on a subdomain (your-business.rezervaya.com), an admin panel, and automatic confirmations and reminders. rezervaya is the scheduling tool: the service you book (the haircut, the wash, the appointment) is provided by the business, not by rezervaya.

2. Accounts and free trial

Businesses can try rezervaya free for 14 days, no card required. After the trial, the plan costs ₡9,900 per month or ₡99,000 per year (prices as of this version; changes are announced in advance). If the plan lapses, the business keeps its data but its page stops accepting new bookings until reactivated.

3. Business responsibilities

The business is responsible for the accuracy of its information (services, prices, hours), for honoring accepted appointments, and for its relationship with its clients, including any use of contact data outside the platform. The business agrees to use its clients' data only to manage their bookings and its legitimate business relationship.

4. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed instantly, unless the business requires a deposit to hold the spot. In that case the booking is held while you send the deposit: the request shows the amount and the deadline, and if the deposit is not received in time, the hold is released and the time becomes available again. Each business sets its own cancellation window; inside that window, clients must contact the business directly.

A combined visit across two partnered businesses creates two independent bookings: cancelling one does not cancel the other, and each business manages only its own.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use rezervaya for illegal activity, to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to access other businesses' or clients' data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the platform available and backed up, but rezervaya is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from appointments not honored by the business or the client, nor for outages of external providers (hosting, messaging, payments).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, rezervaya's total liability towards a business is limited to the amount that business paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

A business can cancel its plan at any time from its panel; the service stays active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate the service with reasonable notice, or immediately upon a serious breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the Costa Rican courts.
