No. The 14-day trial is free and card-free. We only ask for a payment method if you decide to continue.

Essential is ₡9,900 a month, Pro ₡19,900 and Unlimited ₡34,900. Pay monthly or yearly, with 2 months free on annual billing, by card (auto-renews) or via SINPE / a payment link. Every plan has unlimited bookings with no commission. You only pay if you choose to continue.
Two things. Included in your plan: a WhatsApp button on your page that opens the chat with your client, so you can message them by hand from your phone or computer. WhatsApp Automation, included on Pro and Unlimited and an optional add-on on Essential (₡4,900/mo), messages your clients automatically from our number: the booking confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, plus the updates around it (an appointment moved or cancelled, you running late, a waitlist spot that opened, a deposit request, and a review request after the visit). It is included in full during the 14 day free trial, so your clients get the messages from your first booking.
Your business gets its own address (yourbusiness.rezervaya.com). Clients go there, pick a service and a time, and that's it: no apps, no account, nothing to download.
Yes. Each client gets a link to view, cancel or move their appointment. You set how many hours ahead they can do it. If you ask for a deposit to hold the slot, your client sends it by SINPE Móvil straight to your account.

Yes. Your clients, bookings and history are yours, and you can ask us for your data anytime. If your trial or paid access ends and you do not continue, we keep your bookings, clients and settings for 12 months so you can return. After that, those records are permanently deleted, as explained in our Privacy policy. We keep our own billing and invoice records for the period Costa Rican tax law requires.
