When you enable review requests, rezervaya invites clients after their visit. Every rating can follow your saved Google or TripAdvisor link. You approve reviews shown on your rezervaya page; external sites handle their own reviews.

Essential is ₡9,900 a month, Pro ₡19,900 and Unlimited ₡34,900. Pay monthly or yearly, with 2 months free on annual billing, by card (auto-renews) or via SINPE / a payment link. Every plan has unlimited bookings with no commission. You only pay if you choose to continue.
Two things. Included in your plan: a WhatsApp button on your page that opens the chat with your client, so you can message them by hand from your phone or computer. WhatsApp Automation, included on Pro and Unlimited and an optional add-on on Essential (₡4,900/mo), messages your clients automatically from our number: the booking confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, plus the updates around it (an appointment moved or cancelled, you running late, a waitlist spot that opened, a deposit request, and a review request after the visit). Yes. The whole platform is in Spanish, English and French, and the client switches language with one tap.
Yes. Enable automatic requests or send an invitation yourself. Every client who submits a review can follow your saved Google or TripAdvisor link, regardless of their rating. You approve reviews displayed on your rezervaya page. Posting on Google or TripAdvisor is a separate step on that site.
Yes. When you're full, a client can join the waitlist for a day or time, and if someone cancels, rezervaya lets them know the spot opened up. You decide whether to turn it on.

No. Each booking reserves the whole boat or guide for its time slot. You can price a private group with included and extra guests, but unrelated groups cannot buy separate seats on a shared departure. Calendar links need configuration, and we set up marketplace connections for you on request; polling delays and manual exceptions can remain.
